Azin Lim holds a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design, and is currently based in Seoul. Stemming from the queer experience, questions about sexuality, body, love, romance, relationships, and community are central to Lim’s practice. She works across painting, sculpture, installation, and performance, while also organizing workshops and participatory events that encourage dialogue and foster connections across boundaries.
임아진은 로드 아일랜드 스쿨 오브 디자인에서 학사 학위를 취득했으며 현재 서울을 기반으로 활동하고 있다. 퀴어한 경험에서 출발해 섹슈얼리티, 신체, 사랑, 로맨스, 관계, 커뮤니티를 탐구한다. 회화, 조형, 설치, 퍼포먼스 등 다양한 매체를 넘나들며 작업하고, 워크숍과 참여형 프로젝트를 기획·운영하며 경계를 가로지르는 대화와 연결을 만들어간다.
