Azin Lim Book Talk + Mini Zine-Making Workshop

This workshop combined a book talk on Get L-Ready with Me: How to Femme & Butch with an introduction to zine-making and independent publishing. Participants were invited to explore artist books and zines, learn simple bookbinding methods, and create their own miniature books using a variety of materials. Through conversation and hands-on making, the workshop highlighted the zine as an accessible and personal medium for self-expression, storytelling, and community-building. The event was presented as part of the 4th Mapo Queer Week in Seoul.

<임아진 작가 북토크 + 초간단 미니북 진(zine) 만들기 워크숍>은 독립출판물 《겟레디위드미: 펨 되기, 부치 되기》에 대한 북토크와 진(zine) 만들기 워크숍을 결합한 프로그램입니다. 참여자들은 다양한 진과 아티스트북을 함께 살펴보고, 간단한 제본 방식을 배운 뒤 각자의 이야기를 담은 작은 책을 직접 만들어보았습니다. 대화와 만들기를 통해 진(zine)을 통해 누구나 자신의 생각과 경험을 자유롭게 표현하고 공유할 수 있음을 소개하고자 했습니다. 본 프로그램은 제4회 동네퀴어위크의 일환으로 진행되었습니다.
