Faces from Pride Expo 2024 was a live drawing performance with audience involvement in which I drew portraits of the visitors at the 2024 Pride Expo. During the two days the performance was held, I drew for 6 consecutive hours each day, and completed sixty-nine drawings featuring seventy-four faces. After each drawing was completed, it was put up on the wall, and by the end of the performance, the wall space that was once empty had been filled up with colorful, vibrant portraits. While the participants remained anonymous, the resulting installation represented a community of people who had visited Pride Expo, many of whom were queer or allies.

<얼굴들: 프라이드 엑스포 2024>는 프라이드 엑스포를 방문한 이들을 그리고, 한데 모아 전시한 관객 참여 라이브 드로잉 퍼포먼스입니다. 퍼포먼스가 진행된 이틀 동안 6시간씩 총 12시간 쉼 없이 그림을 그려 74명의 얼굴을 담은 69장의 그림을 완성했습니다. 각 그림이 완성될 때마다 벽에 붙여 퍼포먼스가 시작할 때 비어 있던 흰 벽은 끝날 즈음에는 형형색색의 얼굴들로 가득 차게 되었습니다. 참여자들은 익명으로 남았지만, 대다수가 퀴어 당사자와 앨라이인 프라이드 엑스포 방문객들의 얼굴들로 완성된 인스톨레이션은 하나의 공동체를 보여줍니다.
